2. How to return?
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team, let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back.
All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut.
Once the returned item is received and inspected with label no problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.(If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email, once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.)
3. What is return period?
We will provide a refund on undamaged hair within (7) days of the date that you receive your hair.
4. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
5. About cancel order refund.
You can cancel your order before the hair shipped it out. And the refund will be processed the same way as you make the payment. Payment will back to your account within 3-7 working days.
